The appended txt “and lower” is the lie… this software abuses the license of open source FFMPEG binaries and the build used REQUIRES Windows 7 or ABOVE and cannot possibly execute under any version of windows lower than Windows 7
I really don’t know why this vendor persists in telling this lie, it’s been reported many times during the giveaways of this on GAOTD site… now here.
