It is also highly destructive writing several files to the installation folder at every execution and auto-saving tens of megabytes of scan results data onto the same installation drive! It even writes a persistent file each time it does update check! This program writes tens of megabytes of files to the drive you may well be trying to recover deleted files from, and blindly overwriting the very data YOU WANT TO RECOVER!!! The GUI is poorly designed with active buttons coloured grey looking like they are disabled buttons… Absolutely moronic GUI design. The Disk Manager section is just reskinning built in windows functions into their GUI repair is just launching chkdsk /F option with forced “Y” options on running on system restart if repairing C: is attempted or on other drives it forces unmounting of the drives if they are in use in other programs without asking which can lead to programs malfunction or data corruption if open files are force closed without the process that had them open finishing it’s writes etc. Format option is part of the default context menu choices on any format-able drive letter and rename a volume label you can do in the right click properties panel.
