Like most Chinese developers this is ILLEGAL software it illegally distributes FFMPEG binaries by including FFMPEG.EXE renamed to convertor.exe to try and hide it a bit and the command convertor.exe -L command returns the license details:

Therefore it is not legally redistributable.”
So even though it’s a really old version 2.5 of FFMPEG.EXE it still completely illegal to distribute it and this site is breaking the law in providing it for download!
