It’s missing the FAQ what encryption system is used by Top Data Protector on the data and is it’s implementation certified secure by any independent auditing organisation?
I’d almost be willing to bet that one can defeat this protection by booting into any current linux distro and accessing the filesystem from linux bypassing any permissions tweaking this probably does or using a VSS browser to extract a shadowcopy of it or use a deep scan file recovery program.
