Like all softorbits programs this forces its installation into an insecure location on the system drive to circumvent admin controls on installing 3rd party programs without permission. They do not offer a proper installer for legitimate owners of their computers that want to install ALL the programs in a secure location OR a location of their choice. It is possible to decompile the provided BAD installer with Innoextractor tool and edit the install script to restore best practice installer features and then recompile it with inno setup compiler. But is it really worth it with this ancient technology that’s not very good anyway.
