I used a change in the registry to stop Reg Organizer from automatically downloading. Nut hey, your method looks quite feasible and I will save it for future use. And I am quite sure there will be others who will be happy to use your method.
I downloaded version 9.80 and activated it with the free key. The problem is, the program updates itself automatically and void the giveaway license. You need to remove Reg Organizer because what you have here is false advertising.
Not necessarily. When installing it, don’t open it yet. (Do not enable the option to launch the program when the installer closes.) Go to Windows Advanced Firewall, then create both an outbound and inbound rule to block the following program:
C:\Program Files\Reg Organizer\RegOrganizer.exe
Open the program and go to SETTINGS > BACKGROUND FUNCTIONS
And uncheck the option “Automatically update Reg Organizer.”
Then click “OK.”

Downsides:
You won’t be able to update to the latest versions (Fortunately, as of today, this program is properly adapted for use on Windows 11, but we don’t know if that will remain true for future OS builds.)
You won’t be able to update drivers (In my experience as a Computer Technician, that’s actually a good thing.)
If in the future it doesn’t let you activate it—which I doubt, since it was able to register without an internet connection—just change your system date to the day you originally installed it. For example, if you installed it today, November 25, 2025, and in the future—say July 20, 2026—it won’t activate even after following all these steps, change your system date back to November 25, 2025 and that’s it.

How much do u trust this software?
Monitors installations like IObit (Chinese), Ashampoo(German) etc, so that if you uninstall it gets all of the remaining traces.
Chemtable is pretty well-known dev team who has been around for a while.
